DELIVERY POLICY
All UK orders placed before 1300 will delivered by the next working day by courier. You will not be charged until the goods are despatched from our warehouse and will only be charged delivery costs once per order. The delivery cost per order is £8.95.
Please noted that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We do offer an international delivery service on all order. Shipping to Europe is charged at £19.95. For all other international deliveries, shipping is charged at £39.95.
Please note that prices shown on our website are inclusive of UK VAT. We deliver to all countries outside the EU on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Therefore the customer will be liable to pay for any local sales tax or import duty which may apply to any purchase. PAPER cannot be held responsible should local custom authorities either confiscate or charge any import duty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, PAPER offers a 14 day return or exchange policy with a free returns service. This policy also applies to sale items.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your goods, please follow the instructions as set out below:
1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging with swing tags.
2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s).
3. Place the completed returns form in the parcel.
4. Attach the pre paid returns label provided to the front of your parcel.
5. Take your package to any Post Office and ask for a proof of despatch. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. We shall not be responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
6. Please note, that we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service.
7. You are advised to keep hold of any tracking numbers that the Post Office may give you.
You will receive your refund credit within 21 days of PAPER receiving the item(s). An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Please note that the cost of the original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
Except when returning faulty items all items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To return your goods, please follow the instructions as set out below:
Please note, you may only exchange an item for an item of the same style. Only the size and colour may be changed. Please ensure you exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging with swing tags.
1..Log in to your account on the website.
2. Click on ‘Order History’ or ‘Exchange’.
3. Update the Order History box with ‘exchange products’.
4. Select the item you wish to exchange by clicking the relevant box.
5. Select the alternative size you wish to receive in the drop down menu.
6. Enter the alternative colour you wish to receive in the text box provided.
7. Click ‘continue’. An email will be sent automatically to PAPER.
8. Please return your item as for a return, but tick the exchange box on the invoice form.
9. Once we have confirmed receipt of your original item, we will send the exchange item for immediate next day delivery.
10. If there is any price difference between colour styles we will contact you to refund/collect the difference.
